Book checked out in 1927 was returned to Napa library

After being checked out 96 years ago, a historical book titled 'A History of the United States' by Benson Lossing was returned to the St. Helena Public Library in Napa County, California. The book, in poor condition, was returned by a mystery man who found it while cleaning his house. The library, while unable to charge the overdue fee, is more interested in the story behind the book's long journey.
