Involuntary manslaughter conviction in ‘Grandpa Vicha' trial
Jurors in San Francisco reached a mixed verdict in the trial of Antoine Watson, who was accused of killing 84-year-old Vicha Ratanapakdee in 2021. Watson was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter but not guilty of murder, first- and second-degree murder. The jury also found him guilty of assault but not guilty of elder abuse.
