This community is for thoughtful discussion about how recruiting actually works.
Think in public. Share real experiences, experiments, and reasoning. Uncertainty is welcome. Performative certainty is not.
Disagree with ideas, not people. Debate is encouraged. Personal attacks, bad-faith framing, or sarcasm-as-weapon are not.
Substance over slogans. Posts should add insight, evidence, or lived experience. Recycled takes and motivational fluff will be removed.
Context matters. Hiring decisions exist inside constraints like incentives, scale, risk, and time. Acknowledge tradeoffs.
No spam or self-promotion. This is not a lead gen channel. Vendors may participate only when contributing genuine insight.
Respect privacy. Do not share identifying details about candidates, companies, or internal processes.
Good thinking updates itself. Changing your mind is a strength.
Moderation favors signal, clarity, and generosity.
