Is the focus improvement from adaptogens like Rhodiola Rosea and Ashwagandha actually comparable to synthetic Eugeroics, or is it just subtle stress reduction?
I have been trying to cycle off my prescription stimulants to manage my health and have been looking into natural alternatives. People claim these adaptogens give them "laser focus," but to me, it just feels like I am slightly less anxious rather than actually productive.
Am I underdosing the extracts, or is the comparison to actual wakefulness-promoting agents just completely overblown by the community?
