just finished 30 days taking Vyvamind (a natural nootropic blend) and pretty obvious it's underdosed compared to mind lab pro (my current favorite noot stack)..don't waste your money on Vyvamind!!

why i do NOT recommend Nooceptin

Nooceptin and Vyvamind are made by the same company and both feel very underdosed.. Safe yourself some money and buy a simple caffeine + l-theanine stack and dose it yourself.. thank me later

if you had to choose modafinil vs armodafinil - which one?

not personally a big fan of armodafinil, although i have only tried it once (got a huge headache and lasted like 14 hours). moda feels way more cleaner to me at 100-200mg

i just found the goated nootropic stack

1:2 ratio of l-theanine and caffeine + choline = thank me later!! :-D l-theanien basically acts as a buffer which means you can go absolutely nuts on the caffeine without crash or jitter

Does anyone strictly follow a "5 days on, 2 days off" cycling schedule with Caffeine and L-Tyrosine, or does that just ruin your weekends?

I am trying to avoid building a massive tolerance where I need 400mg of caffeine just to feel normal. The idea of a weekend washout sounds good on paper for keeping receptor sensitivity high, but I find myself completely useless and lethargic on Saturdays. Is there a better taper
