A few quick community recommendations
In the spirit of growing Digg, here are the handful of communities we're really enjoying so far: /nationalpark /hiking /books /letterboxd We'd love to hear what you're into, especially if it aligns with the whole/whystilldothatvibe.
When “self-care” isn’t cutting it…
It’s a little embarrassing to admit, but we were once “hustling so hard” that our idea of healthy was checking our blood pressure… while driving. We don’t do that anymore (the hustling or checking our blood pressure in the car). But if that cringe-inducing anecdote resonates with
When it comes to regulating, everything should be on the table...
What is something that is 'good for you' on paper – like a specific hobby, workout, or social group – that you finally realized was actually just stressing you out?
Theodore Roosevelt National Park
This one was a bit of a surprise to us – certainly more interesting than we had expected, especially the wildlife: buffalo (or is it bison?), feral horses (!), and prairie dogs.

Let's dismantle the systems that drain us – like the old-school ideas of success, family, wealth, etc - by asking "Why are we still doing that?". The community mission is to highlight non-traditional paths and provide the tools needed to build a more fulfilling life.
