What do you want to see YouTube TV add in 2026?

Genre packs have already been announced as coming, and a new mobile guide design is rolling out. It's a great start to 2026 so far ... but what else do you want to see YouTube TV add?

For me, it's two-fold.

One, I'd love to see a Library revamp. The current design — especially on TVs — just does not work. It's inconsistent with the mobile design, and it's often difficult for users to find the content they're looking for. Way too many episodes end up under "Extras," making it hard to track shows. Finding recorded sporting events is a mess, because they're mixed together with non-recordings in a "Completed" row for the sports league. And I don't trust the slide-out panel at all to show me which episode I should watch next.

Two, I'd love to see some more integration with streaming devices, specifically Apple TV. Give us the ability to track our Library shows and games inside of the Apple TV app's Watchlist / Continue Watching space. Provide linking to sporting events and shows when there's new episodes, too. YouTube TV's competitors offer this ... and YouTube TV itself offers it on the Google TV platform. Let's expand that to include Apple TV.
