Announcing Rust 1.91.1

The Rust team has released Rust 1.91.1, a point release that fixes two regressions from the previous version, including issues with linker and runtime errors on Wasm and broken target directory locking on illumos. Users can easily update to Rust 1.91.1 using rustup.
