Marathon world record-holder Chepngetich suspended for positive doping test

Marathon world record-holder Ruth Chepngetich was suspended for a positive doping test for a banned diuretic and masking agent. The Kenyan runner voluntarily suspended herself while the Athletics Integrity Unit investigates.
