Why is it so hard to find a free No Download Solitaire game that does not freeze up my browser with ads?

I just want to play a few hands to relax during work breaks without my fan spinning up like a jet engine. it is annoying that so many other sites are bloated with popups. Do you guys think the lightweight browser games are officially better than downloading a dedicated app at this point?
