Anyone use these? worth it? wonder if it's silly over optimisation or not

This is a simple guide, but it really helped me (Especially the routine).

I cannot stress how much going to bed at a fixed time helped me, and giving myself 1/2 hour before bed not focusing on work or anything that causes stress.
