Have you published a book?

What was your experience like? What was the biggest challenge to overcome? And what pitfalls do you wish you knew about before publishing?

And if you’re still writing on the first book, what is the one thing that intimidates you the most?

For me, the pitfall was that I didn’t get book 2 to the shape I wanted it in quickly enough. I should have held off on book 1 for a few extra weeks. I had no idea it would be successful enough, so I took it slowly.

Also, building a readership as a community is something very daunting still ahead of me!
