Let's talk about the Guardsmen, please stop harassing them

I am retired military. You receive training about the laws of armed conflict, at least until kegsbreath puts a stop to that. I have seen videos of people asking the Guardsmen about their mission. The men and women you see are trained to serve, and while many of them may not agree with what they are being asked to do., they are not going to speak their feelings on camera to you. If they are asked to kill innocent civilians, I believe most would refuse to obey. But short of that ... would you give up your career, your retirement - to draw a line in the grey area? If you were asked to clear trash and do some landscaping? Give them a break
