How I lost my buyee account over Pokemon Blue

I used and loved Buyee (buy from Japan and they ship to you) for years. Until I got greedy and dunked $300 on a NIB copy of Pokemon Blue. Then a cold sweat came over me...what if it was fake? It didn't even occur to me since the seller had a good reputation. I sent the images to a trusty Gameboy group and sure enough it was FA-KEH.

It only took like 3 hours and I started to beg buyee to take it back. No go. They would not ship it back or cancel it.
I made a virtual card, replace my actual card and deleted it. Then I reverse the charges and my account got canceled. Do I miss it? Mostly the interface, From Japan is better otherwise.

TLDR: Caveat emptor
