PA State Police Raid Kulcher Kitchen & Bar

Pennsylvania State Police Liquor Control Enforcement officers raided Kulcher Kitchen & Bar in Pittsburgh on Jan. 9, seizing 71 gallons of beer/malt or brewed beverages, 56 gallons of liquor, and $198 in cash. The bar was allegedly selling alcohol without a license, and criminal charges are pending.
