How to cure neck pain fast? I trigger painful flare-ups from simple motions
I'm all stiff and looking awkward here writing this post... How can I relieve/fix this long-term?
I’m trying to figure out how to cure neck pain fast when it flares up, because mine is super easy to trigger. Even a small movement or turning slightly the wrong way can cause a sharp/pungent strain that lasts for days.
Also, I’ve also always been way too self-conscious about my neck. For some reason I’ve always hated my neck and wished it looked thicker/fuller? But, the bigger issue is the pain + how easily it gets hurt. I feel anxious about normal daily movements because I’m constantly thinking “is this going to set it off again?"
Not here looking for medical advice, but how can I relieve neck pain quickly during a flare-up? How do I get rid of neck pain over time?
Most importantly, how cam I fix neck pain by strengthening my neck so it doesn’t strain so easily?
