Columbus and Cleveland two of the fastest growing cities in the US
New data from the Bank of America Institute shows that despite a nationwide decline in domestic moving activity, a small cluster of Midwestern cities, including Indianapolis, Columbus, and Cleveland, are emerging as popular destinations for home buyers. These cities are attracting buyers due to their lower housing costs, steady employment, and infrastructure investments. In contrast, many Sunbelt cities that previously attracted remote workers are now experiencing population declines or stagnant growth due to high prices, oversupply, and reduced migration.
