Forefoot running transition advice
After a 6 months of dealing with Plantar fasciitis, and almost fully healed. I was running 3/7 miles a day before my injury. I went on my first (1/2 mile) run today, taking it slow, and decided to move to forefoot to help from getting hurt again at the suggestion of my doctor. Any advice, besides taking it slow? I plan on only doing like 1/2 mile a day for the first couple weeks. I was working on forefoot today and man it feels weird. Thanks for any advice, shoes, posture, anything!
