SATS (State Akin To Sleep) is the drowsy moment before sleep. In this state, the subconscious accepts whatever you feed it easily. Imagine the end already done, feel calm satisfaction, and fall asleep knowing it’s yours. It's important to feel the wish fulfilled while doing this
I found out that the closer manifestation is to show up in your 3D world, the easier it will be to SATS. If you are still not completely aligned with end result, you may feel resistance and overall tension while performing this exercise. Don't worry, continue with it at your own pace. It will get easier the more you do it.
