Hold ICE funding until Congress will hold the agents and their leadership accountable.

The videos of ICE take-downs are chilling. The excessive force to apprehend people are unnecessary for the people they are apprehending. The claim that ICE would target the “worst of the worst” - violent gang members and drug traffickers who are living in the US only to profit off of their illegal schemes and are actively evading law enforcement and ignoring our laws.

Instead the bulk of who ICE has apprehended are hard working family members working in productive and valuable jobs, paying taxes, and trying to give their kids a better chance at a future life in the United States.

Please take some time to at least view the Action Network link and send a note to your representatives. And even if you live in a “red state” and feel safe (ignoring the otherwise inhumane actions mentioned above), ignoring this level of lawless autonomy that ICE currently exhibits unchecked will eventually extend to all corners of our nation.
