MILLY BUGS?!

Okay, I have tried every single thing to get rid of these bugs!!

• I have used neem oil spray.

• I have used straight up alcohol.

• I have washed the plants with my shower head.

• I've soaked my plants in hydrogen peroxide for up to 30 minutes.

• I've even repotted the entire plant.

And nothing seems to get rid of these damn bugs. Any suggestions on what you think would work besides what I've already done?

They’re spreading slowly but surely. I’ve even isolated these plants outside for weeks and NOOTHIINNGGG.
