Gumbo ramen
Whenever I make gumbo, I always keep at least one container of just strained "soup" in order to make gumbo ramen. I know this is sacrilege, but gumbo goes better with noodles than with rice.
This ramen is basically just the strained gumbo soup, some pan fried andouille, ramen noodles, green onions and minced garlic.
I highly suggest to make your own gumbo ramen the next time you make a batch of gumbo!
