My favorite series on PSX

I’ll forever have the biggest nostalgic memories of playing the demo of THPS for the first time on an old Pizza Hut demo disc.

Pizza Hut ran a promotion where they included/or sold a couple of demo discs that had stuff like Crash Bandicoot, Coolboarders, THPS, Metal Gear Solid, etc.

Getting one at the beginning of this games release and experiencing it for the first time is something I’ll forever love thinking about.

The first 4 games are a blast, although the PS1 versions are pretty weak in comparison to their original PS2 versions, they’re still fun to play around with on the engine used with the other games. They feel like entirely different games.

Just thought I’d share some from my collection and to bring to discussion some love for THPS.

Anyone else have fond memories of the old Pizza Hut demos discs? I made a YouTube video a few years ago when 1+2 was coming out and man it was a blast going back to those old demo discs.
