Secret Labs Titan Evo

Not long ago I bought the Secret Labs Titan Evo chair and after some annoyance with delivery I finally got it put together.

OMG being 55 and not very fit, it nearly killed me to put it together. BUT it is heavy, well built and in the future the only things left with be Titan Evo Chairs and cockroaches :P

What do people make of the lumbar support that came with it? I find I have to lift mine up a little bit. Also does anyone else use the chair without the support? And if so how do you adjust it to it is comfortable.
