McLaren Racing announced Leonardo Fornaroli as the 2026 McLaren Mastercard Formula 1 Team Reserve Driver, alongside Pato O’Ward, while also confirming the full line up of its Driver Development Programme for 2026. The programme includes Christian Costoya, Matteo De Palo, Leonardo Fornaroli, Ella Häkkinen, Ella Lloyd, Pato O’Ward, Ella Stevens, Dries Van Langendonck, and Richard Verschoor, with each driver participating in various racing and testing programmes to progress towards Formula 1, IndyCar, and the team’s upcoming World Endurance Championship entry.
