Tried Functional Patterns (FP) specifically to help chronic lower back pain - my experience
trained at a Functional Patterns facility in Sydney and it helped my lower back pain more than anything else I tried. it was hard like I never thought taking a step would be so fatiguing. I know FP is debated so wondering what the issue is and what people think FP is doing differently when it works. I can't believe people aren't all over this
