Looking for honest renovation company recommendations in Dubai

Hi everyone, I’m fairly new here and could really use some genuine advice.

I’m planning to renovate my apartment in Dubai, but honestly I’m a bit nervous. I keep hearing stories about budgets changing mid-project, unclear scopes, and surprise costs popping up later.

I’m not looking for the cheapest option. I’m looking for companies or vendors that are known to be transparent, clear about pricing, and realistic with timelines. Someone who explains things properly and doesn’t push or rush decisions.
