Discord IPO

Discord, the popular chat and community platform, reportedly filed confidential IPO paperwork and is aiming for a March debut, according to sources. The company hired Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan Chase as underwriters. Discord, last valued at $14.7 billion, could see one of the year's biggest IPOs if the stock market rally continues.
