Why can’t I see my community’s tagline or guidelines directly on the community page?

Hey everyone, I added a tagline (and community guidelines) for my community , but when I view the community page on Android, I don’t see the tagline or guidelines displayed directly on the page itself. I have to click around or open separate sections to see them. Is this normal behavior for Digg right now, or is it a bug? Is it specific to Android or something that happens for everyone?
