Replies not appearing directly under comments

I’ve taken a quick look and can’t seem to find another thread about this, I’ve noticed that when someone replies to me (or I reply to them) that the reply doesn’t appear directly under the comment being replied to. This makes it hard to tell what someone is replying to.

Is it just me or is it how the platform is currently?
