Can we get some way to tell if a story has been posted before?

I've seen the same stories posted over and over to the same communities for a bit now. It'd be nice if when submitting, it warns you when trying to post a link posted in that community before and tells you when. Even better if this feature can determine reposts from other sources, too. But I imagine that'd be a lot harder to do.
