Automatic Spoiler Protection using AI

Since Digg has some AI for summaries of articles, could communities opt into an automatic spoiler prevention feature if they wanted to protect the community from something like book, movie, tv show, or game spoilers? Today on Reddit, mods are often the only line of defense and take one for the team on spoilers. If AI could read a post or comment in a community and then determine if it’s a spoiler for a recent release (perhaps the mods can specify exact releases and time windows), it could then apply a spoiler tag automatically to the content. This would protect mods and the community automatically. Might be hard to implement, but I think this would be a really great quality of life feature for everyone.
