What communities do we want to see on Digg? And who should make them?

So although I did start one community ( ), there are lots of others I would love to see on Digg.... like /waterloo (ontario, not qc), or /whippets, BUT I don't think I'm qualified nor the best person to get them off the ground.

So as a complete newbie, may I respectfully ask to be educated; do we just wait until someone picks up the rope end? Is there a way to suggest the creation of a new community?
