[Feedback] Digg needs a “History” feature like Reddit’s viewed posts tracker
One key feature missing that would make Digg much more practical for daily use: a personal viewing history.
On Reddit, you simply go to your profile → “History,” and it displays a chronological list of the posts you’ve clicked into and read. This is incredibly useful for rediscovering content without any extra effort.
I know Digg lets us save posts (via dig/upvote or bookmarks), but that’s not the same—I don’t want to manually save every interesting thing I open, just in case I might want to revisit it later. That would quickly turn into a cluttered collection of saved items I rarely go back to. Instead, a simple, automatic history of opened/read posts would be perfect for casually retracing steps, picking up unfinished reads, or finding that one link from a couple days ago.
