Servel publica listado de los partidos políticos legalmente constituidos en Chile

The Servicio Electoral de Chile has published the list of legally constituted political parties following the recent Presidential and Parliamentary Elections. Several parties risked losing their status due to not reaching the 5% threshold of valid votes in the deputy election, as stipulated by the Organic Constitutional Law of Political Parties. However, parties can still maintain their status if they elect a minimum of four parliamentarians in at least two different regions. The list includes 24 legally constituted parties, with notable absences such as Evópoli.
