Advice needed: Dualit Toaster

To those of you that own a Dualit classic, is it really worth the money? I’ve seen YouTube videos that complain it doesn’t toast evenly and other videos that praise its repairability and gush that it’s literally the best thing since sliced bread!

I can stretch to $200 USD or equivalent so happy to hear of other options. Both 2 or 4 slice options.
