Digg Support: I wasn’t ready for it to be this good
Not going to lie, I wasn’t expecting much.
I submitted a support query to Digg this morning, half assuming I’d hear back sometime next week, if at all.
Less than 30 minutes later, I had a clear, helpful response sitting in my inbox.
No generic reply.
No “we’ll get back to you in 3–5 business days”.
Just fast, human, actually useful support.
It genuinely caught me off guard in a good way.
In a world where so many platforms feel slow, automated, or completely detached from their users, this stood out.
If this is how they treat support, I’m going to stick around and use it properly.
Totally impressed. Well done.
