What’s a small act of kindness you’ve experienced that you’ll never forget?
I’ve been thinking about how it’s often the smallest moments that stay with you for years.
One thing I’ll never forget is when I dropped a full tray of chips outside a takeaway.
They went everywhere, I just stood there in silence like my life had collapsed, and the guy inside came out with a brand new box, handed it to me, and said, “We’ll pretend that didn’t happen.”
I didn’t deserve that level of compassion, but I think about that man every time I see chips now.
So I’m curious — what’s a small act of kindness you’ve experienced that you’ll never forget? Funny, wholesome, or just oddly memorable — fire away.
