Advice on setting up K8 in a low-power-consumption environment?

I want to start learning more about kubernetes but electricity rates in my area are pretty expensive. Anyone have advice on building a minimum K8 setup? I was contemplating maybe getting a beelink mini PC and converting it into a proxmox server...

Nice tutorial/guide for setting up grafana for Plex media server.

This is a bit older, but still relevant. It's a handy guide for configuring grafana to work with prometheus for monitoring a Plex media server. The configurations assume certain graphics cards but otherwise work fine.

Just curious: What hardware are you using for your self-hosted setup? I've been pretty happy with a series of older-generation mini PCs (HP Prodesk line) paired with a NAS.
