Report: None of Tomlin’s assistant coaches will be back in 2026

According to Gerry Dulac of the Post-Gazette, all of Mike Tomlin’s assistant coaches, including offensive coordinator Arthur Smith, have been informed they won’t return in 2026. They are free to pursue other opportunities, with Smith reportedly interviewing for head coaching positions and the Lions requesting him for their open offensive coordinator position.
