I missed Garmin’s Daily Suggested Workouts, so I built a tool to bring them to Apple Watch.
Hey everyone,
I recently switched from Garmin to an Apple Watch Ultra 3. While I love the watch, the one feature I really struggled to live without was the Daily Suggested Workouts. I’m not a fan of rigid training plans; I prefer suggestions based on how I actually feel when I wake up.
I couldn't find an app that did this exactly how I wanted, so I built Runbo. It checks your vitals and suggests a specific run for the day. If you need intervals, it builds them for you.
The best part: It syncs directly with the native Apple Workout app. You just tap a button in Runbo, and the workout is sitting there in your watch's native app ready to go.
I'm still polishing the app and would love to get some feedback from this community on how it feels and what features you think are missing. It is free to download, and I have a launch discount ($3.99 for the lifetime Pro version) through February 16th for anyone who wants to support the early stages.
