Is paid subscription essential to get more views on social sites?

Facebook, X, and Snapchat (not using) offer paid plans with added visibility. Recently, I shared some posts on X and it says that those posts reached less than 5 or 10 people. I have 20k followers on this network, not fake followers. Does it mean that without upgrading to a premium plan, we won't get any content views?
