TLDR

A study reveals humans inhale over 70,000 microplastic particles daily indoors, with most penetrating deep into lungs, raising health concerns.

Just like how our forefathers were full of asbestos and lead, we are the generation filled with microplastic, and it wouldn't surprise me of future humans will come out as LEGO. The health risks are still a bit uncertain, but it doesn't look entirely good. As the article itself states; "recent studies suggest they could increase the risk of certain cancers, fertility issues, stroke, and a range of other health problems." I guess within the next 10 years there will be way more data. Stay safe out there, fellow plastic brothers.
