Prime Minister Mark Carney has reached a trade deal with China to allow tens of thousands of Chinese electric vehicles into Canada in exchange for lower canola duties.
Huge deal for Saskatchewan. Massive drop in tariffs for canola in China. I guess it was a good thing Moe went to China with Carney.
