Advice for a new runner?
Ive just started a couch to 5k walk/run plan with runna, but im finding that i cant really keep up in terms of recovery between workouts.
I'm about 2 weeks in now and, I should have run today, but my calves were completely destroyed, so i took the day off as was worried id hurt myself.
Any advice on recovery, how often i should be running, stretches, or anything else that comes to mind would be appreciated!
