I Hate GitHub Actions with Passion
This blog post expresses the author's strong dislike for GitHub Actions, citing frustrations with its isolated build environments and lengthy feedback loops. Despite acknowledging some benefits, the author ultimately advises against letting GitHub Actions manage logic and recommends keeping scripts under personal control.
I feel the author’s pain. The other day I had to fix an issue with a GitHub action, and it made me want to throw my laptop (and myself) into the ocean. I wonder if the community has any tricks to make this process smoother.
