Be clear. Vague or clickbait-y titles make everyone groan. Give us a hint of what’s inside.
4. Images and media matter.
Pics, gifs, or videos are welcome—if they fit the theme! Think motivational quotes, checklists, routines, or progress updates. Low-effort or off-topic media? Gone.
5. Play nice.
This is a judgment-free zone. Be kind, supportive, and encouraging. Personal attacks, hate, or toxic behavior aren’t allowed. We’re here to grow…even if slowly.
