NHTSA recalls more than 1M Toyota, Lexus, Subaru models

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has recalled over 1 million Toyota, Lexus, and Subaru vehicles due to a software glitch in the panoramic view monitor system, which can cause the screen to freeze or go blank in reverse, increasing crash risk and violating federal safety regulations.
