A day-care worker in Minnesota confessed to intentionally suffocating an 11-month-old boy, Harvey Muklebust, in an attention-seeking act, according to police. The worker, Tah Loudemia Russell, 18, is in custody and will face a second-degree murder charge and other charges. Authorities found a documented history of attention-seeking behavior in Russell's background, including nonsensical 911 calls, fire-starting, and erratic behavior toward other children. Russell confessed to the attempted murder of another child and the murder of Muklebust. The day care's license has been suspended but is under appeal.
