Dallas Mavericks star Cooper Flagg left the team’s game against the Denver Nuggets with a sprained ankle. He rolled his ankle while defending Denver forward Peyton Watson and did not return to the game. Flagg, the No. 1 pick in this year’s NBA draft, is averaging 19.1 points, 6.4 rebounds, 5.3 assists, and 1.3 steals per game this season.
